More About Me
I experienced coaching for the first time as an executive during a merger between my organization and another. It was an exciting and tense time and coaching was recommended to me by a close confidant.
The process of coaching helped me to lead my organization with clarity and confidence through a time of significant ambiguity and change. Not only did coaching help me become a better leader, it also helped me become a better mother, wife, and friend.
Coaching had such a profound impact on me that a few years later I made the decision to change careers and become a coach of leaders myself.
Now, after 20 years of experience as a leader, facilitator, and coach I believe more than ever in the power of coaching to transform individuals, groups and organizations.
